We offer free Standard Shipping for all US orders over $50. For orders under $50 delivery is $9.95/$29.95 depending on the size and weight of the package.
UPS carries all our deliveries and you'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center for use on the UPS website.
Deliveries arrive between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. However, you may experience shipping delays that our out of our control due to COVID-19.
A signature is not required for delivery as UPS may leave your parcel in a safe place. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to opt-out of the ‘leave safe option’.
We offer free International Shipping to most countries on all orders over $350. For orders under $350 delivery is $29.95/$49.95 depending on location. Please note invoices do not include your local import duties and taxes (if any) and will be your responsibility to release the package upon arrival.
Returns & Refunds
If for whatever reason you wish to return your purchase, Sweet Kissies Boutique offers a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the pandemic and uncertain shipping, please ensure your package is postmarked accurately in order to qualify for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer Free Returns on International Shipping. All shipping fees, including all duties and taxes, will be covered by the buyer. Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 15 days of receipt for international orders.
We do not accept returns on garments that have been worn, altered, or washed.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and SKB (SWEET KISSIES BOUTIQUE) reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
