How do I choose the correct size?
Most garments are sized for a regular fit unless described as oversized or one-size fits all. If you have additional questions about a specific garment's fit or measurements, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org for answers or call us at 1-786-309-7856. Please have your own measurements ready so we can guide you to the correct size.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. However, you can request to change your order by emailing us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your new request.
What is my order status?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number, you can track your order and check its status on the courier's website. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Sweet Kissies Boutique will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address.

Sweet Kissies Boutiques designs are unique and produced in limited quantities. Not all items that sell out will be re-stocked. If we are expecting to re-stock the item we will show an "expected shipping date" in the product description. You may choose to backorder your selection. Backordered items added to your shopping bag will ship as soon as they are available.
What is a wish list item?
When a popular item is Sold Out, we do our best to produce it again. Therefore, sign up with your email address and your preferred size, and once it is back in stock, you will be notified of its availability by email.
What does Pre-Order Mean?
Items on Pre-Order are usually available to ship within a month's time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Pre-Order for International orders will ship with complete order, not separately.
Can I return a Pre-Order Item?
Yes, as long as it is within the time frame allowed.
What is a Final Sale item?
Final Sale items are reduced in price and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If you return a Final Sale item, we will not process a refund.
Can I return an item bought with a special discount code?
Only full price items purchased with a discount code can be returned within our accepted time frame.
How much is shipping in the U.S.?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental U.S on all purchases over $250.

When does my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase from our warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. This does not apply to pre-orders, wish-list items, or where an item's ship date is specifically marked on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your order within 3 to 6 business days of its shipping date. However, there may be delays due to COVID-19 since all courier companies are modifying their delivery processes to guarantee safe delivery. Custom Orders/Made to measure orders
Can I have a style made to my measurements?
Yes, but only to specific styles. A custom order fee of $200 will be added to the original price.
Can I change a style? Like add sleeves or change a neckline?
Yes, but depending on the alteration an additional fee, starting at $200, will be added to your final charge.
You cannot return, nor can you get a refund or exchange for a custom garment.
